UK Complimentary Delivery – £0.00

We offer complimentary delivery on all orders to UK addresses to be delivered by the end of next working day.

UK Express Delivery – £9

Our next day delivery service rate is £9. Orders must be placed before 2pm for delivery before 12pm noon next day. Delivery is from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Saturday Delivery – £10

We offer a Saturday delivery service charged at £10. Delivery is before 12pm noon on Saturday if order placed by 2pm Friday.

Europe Delivery – £11

Delivery within 2-3 working days to mainland Europe.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

PLACING AN ORDER

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You place your order request for goods from the Clive Christian Site by clicking on the Pay Now button at the end of the on-line order process. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from Clive Christian Online. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure. If you require any information regarding your order(s) please contact Customer Services via the email address: customerservices@clivechristian.com (Monday to Friday 9m to 5pm). We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. All orders are payable in pound sterling.

You can pay for products using the following payment options:

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS & PAYPAL ACCEPTED: PAYPAL, VISA, VISA DELTA, MASTERCARD, MASTERCARD DEBIT, INTERNATIONAL MAESTRO, UK MAESTRO, LASER, VISA ELECTRON AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please note, all credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been placed, unless you have given us permission to do so. Credit card information is stored safely and securely. We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

Certain features or services offered on or through the website may require you to open an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. Clive Christian shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to keep your password or account confidential

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the products.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us at the postal address or email address shown below, giving details of the products ordered and order number.

All products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with any security seals still intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications that the products, its packaging, its security seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.

Please note that your right to cancel or return a product does not apply to unsealed fragrances which have been opened, tested or partially used.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The following clauses apply if you wish to return an order delivered to you in the UK, EU & Non-EU:

  • Complete the returns form and place in box

  • Place products in original packaging for protection during transit

  • After you have emailed customerservices@clivechristian.com regarding your return, we will email by return, with documents and instructions to shippers.

  • You will receive an email return label, shipment instructions and customs invoice (if applicable) and a link for you to schedule a pick up.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds on UK and EU Orders. Within 14 days of us receiving your order back by post, or receiving proof that your order was returned to us, we will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order provided that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Refunds will be made back to the same card used to pay for the order.

Refunds on a Non-EU Order. If you placed your order and paid for it to be delivered to a Non-EU country, then within 14 days of receiving your Order back by post we will refund you the original purchase price for your order provided that that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Please note that we shall not refund the original delivery charge or any local customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to a local customs authority.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a website to give you a unique ID. Cookies help make it easier and faster for you to use our website because it can remember if you have visited the website before and they help us to provide you with information you need about your account details. OUR LIABILITY

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect your legal rights.

We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you use the Website. Our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption. This does not affect any liability we may have for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence or from our fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

COMPETITIONS AND PRIZES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These rules apply to all competitions (including prize draws and offers)

1. Clive Christian Perfume might run competitions on this site and its social media channels. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.

2. Competitions (including prize draws) are open to all residents of the UK, except employees of the Clive Christian Group, the promoter and their immediate families and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4. Clive Christian Perfume reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

5. By participating in the competition and entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.

6. By participating and entering to the competition, the entrant agrees to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Winners will be notified by e-mail or direct message within the stated timeframe or else 1 month after the end of the promotion. The winner has 5 business/working days to respond in full to the e-mail to claim the prize or another winner will be drawn.

8. By participating and entering to the competition, the winner(s) consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time.

9. Only 1 entry per person will be taken into account (spammers will be disqualified).

10. Clive Christian Perfume will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt
